What does it cost my guests?
Nothing. They don't need an account or app; loops open in their browser.
Will it work on my website?
Yes, anywhere you can paste a bit of HTML: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and most booking sites with their own page.
What data does the widget collect?
None. The widget sets no cookies and doesn't track your visitors. Only when a guest taps ‘Show my loops’ does GenaRoute open in a new window.
Where do the loops come from?
GenaRoute calculates them live from OpenStreetMap, starting at the address you enter. Guests can change the distance and their preferences themselves.
Can I cancel the Partner plan?
Yes, monthly. Your listing disappears at the end of the period; the free widget keeps working.
